Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Travel Package or VIP ticket and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Hampton Coliseum website.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package or VIP Program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on Hampton Coliseum availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the Travel Package or VIP Program, please reach out to us at zedsdead@100xhospitality.com immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, Travel Package or VIP ticket type, order number, and specific accessibility request in your email.

Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.

Travel Packages

How do I place my order?

Travel Packages will go on sale as part of the artist presale on Thursday, November 30th at 10:00 AM ET.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website for Travel Packages is the price for two guests, not including taxes and fees. Please note – If you are purchasing before January 5, 2024, the price you’ll pay at checkout is only 60% of the package cost (see payment plan below).

Is there an age restriction for the First Contact with Zeds Dead Travel Packages?

Yes, to check in at the hotel, you need to be 21 or older. If you’re under 21, don’t worry! You can still stay in the room and enjoy the show, just keep in mind that the main person purchasing the Travel Package has to be 21 or older for the hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Is there a payment plan for the First Contact with Zeds Dead Travel Packages?

Yes, there is a payment plan for these Travel Packages! An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing the package, and a final 40% payment will automatically be charged to the form of payment on file on Friday, January 5, 2024. If you purchase after January 5, 2024, you will be charged the full payment amount at the time of purchase. This is an automatic payment plan if you purchase before January 5, 2024, meaning you’re on the plan by simply clicking “purchase”!

Do the Travel Packages come with tickets for both nights of First Contact with Zeds Dead?

Yes! All Travel Packages include show tickets to Zeds Dead at Hampton Coliseum on April 12th and 13th, 2024.

How will I know where my tickets will be at Hampton Coliseum?

When purchasing your package, you will have the option to select a General Admission or VIP ticket during the purchase process.

Will my tickets be the same for both nights?

Yes! You will have the same ticket type for both nights included within your Travel Package.

How and where will I receive my tickets for First Contact with Zeds Dead at Hampton Coliseum?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for Zeds Dead at the Hampton Coliseum will be digital. You will receive your digital tickets into your Ticketmaster account a few weeks before the event. You will need to use the same email address used to purchase your Travel Package to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account. If you need additional ticketing assistance, please email customerservice@ticketstoday.com.

When will I receive information about 100x Travel Package check-in?

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event.

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x check-in on the same day of your hotel check-in and must be picked up then! Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy:

What parking is available at each hotel?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking or cover parking expenses. To find details and rates for parking, please visit the individual websites of the hotels. You can refer to the summary below, but please note that 100x is not accountable for parking fees, and any pricing adjustments are entirely determined by the hotel.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue:

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your Travel Package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your Travel Package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can email us at zedsdead@100xhospitality.com to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x by Monday, March 11th, 2024.

I need to update the credit card information in order to pay for my Travel Package, how can I do this?

In order to update your credit card information attached to your Travel Package payment method, you can reach out to Ticketstoday at customerservice@ticketstoday.com and they can assist you!

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

Any Travel Package transfer request must be submitted to 100x by Monday, March 11th, 2024.

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else, you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please email us at zedsdead@100xhospitality.com and confirm your event, email used for purchase, order number, and package type along with the new ticket holder’s name, email address (associated with their Ticketmaster account) and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation. Once you have notified us before March 11th, 2024, the new package holder will be able to check in to their hotel room, pick up their merchandise at 100x check-in, and claim their concert tickets associated with their Travel Package!

Please note: Travel Package transfers include the entire package (hotel stay, merchandise gifts and show tickets) and cannot be separated. Tickets are 2-day event passes; therefore, they cannot be split by day.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package experience?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we’d like to do our best to make your experience better, so if you reach out to us, and we have a waiting list, we may be able to take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we are able to issue a refund on the package price.

VIP Packages

How do I place my order?

All VIP tickets must be purchased online. VIP tickets will be available as part of the artist presale starting on Thursday, November 30th at 10:00 AM ET. You will need a presale code in order to access tickets on this date. After you click the button for your desired VIP package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner and will need to enter your presale code in order to make and finalize your order. 

VIP tickets will be made available to the public on Friday, December 1st at 10:00 AM ET. At this time, no code will be required for purchase.

How can I get a presale access code?

In order to participate in the artist presale on Thursday, November 30th, you will need an access code. You can get the access code by entering your information at this website. An access code will be emailed to you.

How will I receive my VIP tickets for the show?

VIP tickets will be delivered digitally via your Ticketmaster account. You will need to use the same email address used to purchase your VIP tickets to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account. Please note you will not receive your electronic tickets until 72-hours prior to the show.

Can I choose my seat location during checkout?

All VIP experiences include a GA (General Admission) ticket.

When will I receive information about 100x VIP check-in?

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!
Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person. We are not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is parking included in the VIP experience?

VIP experiences do not include parking. Please visit the Hampton Coliseum website for more information regarding venue parking and details. 

Is there a VIP ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a six ticket limit per person.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchase VIP experience?

All 100x VIP experiences are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.
